I’m Joe Burbach. For the past 25 years, I’ve worked where business and technology meet. I’ve built tools, fixed systems, and helped teams make better decisions with less waste.
I’ve lived in Minnesota my whole life and moved to Stearns County during the pandemic. My wife grew up in St. Martin, and over time this place has become home. I started Burbach Technology because I want to work in a community where people show up, do good work, and look out for each other. That’s how I try to show up too.
I built a digital healthcare platform from the ground up. I handled the idea, the product, the operations, the sales, and the support. It grew to serve more than 375,000 patients and was acquired during the pandemic by a billion-dollar insurance services company.
Before that, I led digital strategy for Harley-Davidson, helping the brand connect with a younger generation of riders. I worked with Porsche as it expanded into new markets with its SUV and sedan lines. I’ve also partnered with companies like Kemps, Cargill, M Health, and 3M. I’ve seen how technology plays out in dairy barns, on factory floors, and inside complex healthcare systems.
Now I help local businesses make smarter technology decisions. No hype. No pressure. Just honest advice and practical solutions.
